Working principle

The eccentric opening of the sphere and the valve seat flow channel form a fan-shaped area. The cross-sectional area of the flow channel can be changed during the rotation process to form a linear and proportional adjustment of the medium. Therefore, the V-type regulating ball valve has both functions of regulation and switch. It can be matched with pneumatic or electric actuators. It is commonly used in control systems in the fields of papermaking, chemical industry, petroleum, chemical fiber, electric power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection.
