Overview
Double eccentric soft-sealing butterfly valves are installed in water supply and drainage, HVAC and gas systems, as well as large-scale devices and pipelines in chemical, power generation, metallurgy and other industries. The valve is a valve that is opened and closed by a 90° rotation of the butterfly plate. It can not only be used to cut off the medium, but also to regulate the flow of the medium.
Features:
1. For DN ≤ 1200, the sealing surface of the valve body adopts unique rolling technology to press the stainless steel seat ring into the valve body; for DN ≥ 1400, the sealing surface of the valve body is sprayed with supersonic speed, and the bonding strength can reach 50MPa.
2. The rubber sealing ring and the butterfly plate can be adjusted and fastened through the pressure ring, so that the sealing compression can be controlled at the best state.
3. Double eccentric soft seal butterfly valve is a new type of butterfly valve. When the butterfly plate is fully opened, the rubber sealing ring is completely separated from the metal valve seat, so the service life is long.
4. The sealing ring is made of rubber, and the valve seat is made of conical sealing surface, which makes the sealing more reliable.
5. The valve body and butterfly plate are made of high-quality carbon steel or ductile iron, which ensures the sufficient strength of the valve.
6. Excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the valve body, butterfly plate, pressure ring and bracket are sprayed with epoxy resin.
