Introduction

The fluorine-lined ball valve is a rotary cut-off or regulating valve, which has the advantages of tight closing, compact structure, light weight and convenient maintenance. The inner wall of the valve body and the inner valve components in contact with the fluid adopt the high-temperature molding process of fluorine plastic lining, and are coated with a layer of polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) and other anti-corrosion materials, which can completely cut off the contact between corrosive media and the valve body shell.

1. Corrosion resistance: almost can withstand the corrosion of all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia);
 
2. The flow capacity is large, and the flow direction of the medium is not restricted;
 
3. Good sealing performance and small leakage: The sealing valve seat is made of PTFE, which has reliable sealing and self-lubrication, and low leakage;
