Introduction
The fluorine-lined three-way ball valve is a rotary cut-off and regulating valve, which has the advantages of tight closing, compact structure, light weight and convenient maintenance. The inner wall of the valve body and the inner valve components in contact with the fluid adopt the high-temperature molding process of fluorine plastic lining, and are coated with a layer of polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) and other anti-corrosion materials, which can completely cut off the contact between corrosive media and the valve body shell.
Working principle
Three-way ball valve is divided into L type and T type, the flow direction of the medium is shown in the figure below.
L-shaped ball valve is suitable for switching the flow direction of the medium, which can connect two channels that are perpendicular to each other.
T-shaped ball valve is suitable for dividing, merging or switching the flow direction of the medium, and the T-shaped port can make the three channels communicate with each other or connect two of the channels.
Application
It can not only switch the flow direction of the medium, but also make the three channels communicate with each other. At present, any channel can be closed to connect the other two channels to flexibly control the confluence or divergence of the media in the pipeline. It is widely used in the control of strong corrosive media such as acids and alkalis and gas and liquid media such as toxic, volatile and permeable.

1. Corrosion resistance: almost can withstand the corrosion of all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia);
2. The flow capacity is large, and the flow direction of the medium is not restricted;
3. Good sealing performance and small leakage: The sealing valve seat is made of PTFE, which has reliable sealing and self-lubrication, and low leakage;
4. In addition to being suitable for general gas and liquid, it is more suitable for medium with high viscosity and fibrous and suspended soft particles;
5. Simple structure and convenient maintenance;
6. Equipped with multi-spring rack and pinion pneumatic actuators and angular stroke electric actuators, which are convenient for various environments. It is currently a relatively large control and cut-off system.
