Product Description
Overview
The knife gate valve has light weight and simple structure, which can be controlled manually, electrically or pneumatically. The gate of the knife gate valve has a strong shear force, so it is very suitable for papermaking, sewage treatment, mining, sugar, chemical fiber and other working conditions containing particles or fibers.
Features:
1. The knife gate valve adopts an integral structure with a full-diameter flow rate, which avoids medium leakage and flow loss to the greatest extent, and is easy to install and use.
2. The bottom of the valve body flow channel uses fixed guide claws to fix the gate, instead of the groove design, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of slag stuck when the valve is closed due to the accumulation of medium.
3. The bottom of the gate adopts a knife-shaped arc design, so when the gate is moving, it has a strong shearing effect on the medium and an excellent sealing effect.
4. The valve adopts a replaceable valve seat design (non-body type seal). After the sealing surface is worn, only the valve seat needs to be replaced, which greatly facilitates the later maintenance of the valve, prolongs the service life of the valve, and reduces the equipment cost.
5. The dual bearing design greatly reduces the torque of the valve and facilitates the opening and closing of the valve.
