Overview

Pinch valves are suitable for media including slurry, abrasives, and dry and wet dust, and serve as switches or regulators. In the open position, the valve is fully open with no flow restriction. During closing, two clamping rods press the valve sleeve against the centerline.


Features

1. The valve sleeve is wear-resistant. When solid particles hit the rubber surface of the valve sleeve, the valve sleeve absorbs energy. When the valve sleeve rubber returns to its shape, it releases the energy;

2. Even if there are solid debris accumulated on the wall of the valve sleeve, when the valve sleeve is squeezed, any crystallized particles will fall off the surface of the valve sleeve and flow away with the medium;

3. The pipe pinch valve has a simple structure and low maintenance cost;

4. The full-bore structure of the valve ensures free flow of media.
