Floating Type Pneumatic actuated Ball Valve is a ball valve with pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, FRL, limit switch, positioner, control box, etc., to achieve local control and remote centralized control. The valve switch can be controlled in the control room, which saves human resources, time and safety to a large extent.
Application
Flow Control Pneumatic Ball Valves are mainly used in the pipeline for fast cut-off , distribution and change of the flow direction.
Features
1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe section of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small size and light weight.
3. It is tight and reliable. The sealing surface material of the ball valve is widely used in plastics and has good sealing performance. It has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
4. Convenient operation, rapid opening and closing, only need to rotate 90° from fully open to fully closed, which is convenient for remote control.
5. Convenient maintenance, simple structure of the pneumatic ball valve, the sealing ring is generally movable, and it is convenient to disassemble and replace.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium, and the medium will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface when the medium passes.
7. It has a wide range of applications, with a diameter ranging from a few millimeters to a few meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
8. Because the pneumatic ball valve power source uses gas, the pressure is generally 0.2-0.8MPa, which is relatively safe. If the pneumatic ball valve leaks, compared to hydraulic and electric, the gas can be discharged directly, which does not pollute the environment and has high safety at the same time.
9. Compared with manual and gear operated ball valves, pneumatic ball valves can be configured with large diameters. (Manual and gear operated ball valves are generally below DN300 caliber, and pneumatic ball valves can reach DN1200 caliber.)
